DAVID DiCHIERA RECEIVES AMERICAN OPERA'S HIGHEST HONOR
Dr. David DiChiera was selected as one of the recipients of the 2010 National Endowment for the Arts’ Opera Honors. Each year, four noted individuals from the American opera world are recognized for their lifetime contributions to the art form. DiChiera was chosen along with Martina Arroyo, Eve Queler, and Philip Glass. This is the highest award our country gives in opera.
